As we shifted back into office, our teams worked hard to create an environment where employees felt safe, respected, and heard. Top of mind for us was inclusion and diversity. Through our Visa Visionaries series, we invited speakers from across Canada to learn more about the lived experiences of others and how we can be better colleagues to one another. Putting what we learned to action, we created safe spaces where employees could talk openly and share their perspectives on current events.
In our communities, we sought to bring our purpose-led mission to life. In March, we launched our Digital Empowerment Program. An initiative aimed at battling the digital divide and building greater digital financial equity. Through this program, we have donated hundreds of laptops, IT support, and digital skills training to those new to the country and in need.
We are so proud to be recognized for these efforts and receive awards celebrating our brand, people, and workplace.
